I've been looking for the right source for these anklets a long time and I'm pleased to say I've finally found it!

Hand-made and crafted from brilliant 925 sterling silver, these sweet little jingles represents a Cambodian baby tradition thousands of years old. To ward off hostile spirits, new mothers would add adorn the anklets of their babies with silver anklets hung with small bells. It's believed the soft, delicate sound of the jingles keeps evil at bay.

And what mom wouldn't wouldn't want that for her precious baby?

On a practical note - like belling the cat - the delicate jingling sound keeps mom alert to the location of a curious toddler. Again, how smart is that!

7" in length with 8 bells per anklet, this is a perfect size for moms to wear a second bracelet on their wrist! The clasp is a pretty S-shape "slide" that allows for quick on and off a baby ankle -- and each bracelet comes with its own organza gift tote - FREE.

Roberta's Note: The pretty ankles you see here belong to my 9-year old so you can see that, depending on the child, your precious little girl could be wearing her jingle anklets far past toddlerhood.

IMPORTANT NOTE FROM ONE MOM TO ANOTHER: The bells are securely attached to the bracelet but  please, please, please supervise your baby while she wears her anklet and do not her to put the bracelet in her mouth. Also make sure you remove the anklet at nap and bed-time.
