But for those times that you need to return, exchange or make a change, we're here to make that happen for you.

Just send your the item/s back in resalable condition with all components intact along with a copy of your invoice within 30 days of receipt. You'll receive a prompt refund, credit or exchange, less shipping. Send via postal mail to:

Unless stated otherwise, please use Priority Mail or Parcel Post to return your orders. UPS and FedEx can't deliver to a PO Box. AdoptShoppe is not responsible for returned orders lost in transit to us.

In addition:

• AdoptShoppe reserves the right to deliver partial credits for Items received damaged or with components missing. We cannot refund or credit accounts for items not received by our offices.

• Cake and cookie molds and cutters DVDs, videos, and other electronic media are not returnable, exchange for damaged product only. Shrink-wrapped items must be returned with the shrink-wrap intact to be eligible for refund or credit. (Break the wrap and it's non-returnable.)

• Returns received after 60 days will be issued AdoptShoppe store credit rather than a cash refund.
   
• No returns can be accepted on personalized, customized or special order items.
   
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective and being returned for exchange. This means we will refund your credit card for the full amount of your order, less the shipping cost to your location.
   
• Refusing delivery of a product will be treated as a standard return.
   
• We're happy to make exchanges. Shipping charges will apply to the second shipment.
   
• Orders returned to us as "undeliverable" due to a bad address/incorrectly addressed package may be reshipped to a good address at the cost of postage for the reshipment. No additional fees will be added.
