Does your adopted child have special needs or disabilities? You'll want to consider adding the DISABILITIES SUPPLEMENT to your order. Can be used with either the international or domestic versions.
Roberta's Note: I especially like the way this album is written from the child's perspective and allows for a looser, more free flow approach to entering your information. It also has a strong "through the years" feel, a particularly nice feature.
