Print, complete, and mail the order form the old-fashioned way to our
mailing address. We accept personal checks (US and Canada only, please) and

A word about sales tax - we collect state sales tax
for Maryland and Indiana.
NOTE: Canadian and Other Foreign Orders
PAYMENT OPTIONS: All non-Canadian foreign
customers must pay by credit card or use an international money order
payable in US dollars. No other currency will be accepted.
SHIPPING: We ship to Canada and other countries via trackable USPS
Global Priority Mail for orders up to 4 pounds. Packages weighing 4 pounds and
over will be shipped via postal airmail (not trackable). We are finding that
delivery times have increased significantly in the past few months. We can
no longer estimate delivery times for any orders -- to Canada or any other
foreign nation -- that ship by regular airmail. They will take as long as
they take. We will no longer replace any orders delayed in shipment. 

Choose Priority Mail or FedEx delivery!
We use USPS Priority Mail
and FedEx to deliver all US orders. (We recommend Priority Mail if you're flexible on delivery dates.)
Some fine jewelry
items will always ship FedEx air or ground service.) Choose FedEx air if timeliness and trackability is
crucial.
A quick word about shipping: Since we sell items that weigh anything
from less than one ounce to several pounds, shipping charges are based on
weight, not order value. So if you order a pin or other similar item, you'll
be charged far less than someone who buys several books.
About FedEx Overnight Service Charges - there are some rural zip
codes to which FedEx will run only one delivery per day for overnight
service, usually the more expensive Priority. If you've requested Standard
Overnight, but FedEx doesn't offer it to your location, your card will be
charged for any additional fees required.
A word about delivery times: Priority Mail service will generally
take 2-3 days (and include Saturdays) to deliver your order, but the times
are not guaranteed. FedEx Air guarantees delivery but is a Monday - Friday
service (unless you wish to pay extra for the Saturday delivery surcharge.)
So, for example, if you order a 2-day FedEx delivery on a Thursday, it will
deliver the following Monday. (And if Monday is a holiday, it will deliver
Tuesday.)

NOTE: We require a signature confirmation on
all FedEx deliveries unless you specifically request otherwise or have a
signature release on file. If you're not going to be available to sign for
your FedEx parcel, please ship your order to an address (business address or
the address of a relative or neighbor) where the package can be signed for.
Any charges related to forwarding a package to a ship-to address not
submitted with the original order will be charged back to the customer's
credit card.

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, send
it back -- in resalable condition with all components
intact -- with a copy of your invoice within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund, credit or exchange, less shipping.
(Most personalized items, if received damaged, may be exchanged only. AdoptShoppe reserves the right to deliver partial credits for Items
received damaged or with components missing. We cannot refund or credit
accounts for items not received by our offices.)
Please note: Shrink-wrapped items must be returned with the
shrink-wrap intact to be
eligible for refund or credit. This includes all videos, PhotoStory
Kits, etc. (Break the wrap and it's non-returnable.)
Unless stated
otherwise, please use Priority Mail or Parcel Post to
return your orders. UPS and FedEx can't deliver to a PO Box.
AdoptShoppe is not responsible for returned orders lost in transit to us.

Return Authorization Procedures
We
require that all customers who wish to return an order must obtain a RMA
Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to sending back their
merchandise.

or email
us and give us the Invoice # of your order. We'll assign an RMA # which must
appear on the outside of the package.

Your privacy is protected
Your name, address, and buying history will not be sold,
rented or otherwise shared with any third party organizations. (Your AdoptShoppe
